“I got a message that someone is logged in.” I received an inquiry, how should I handle this?

First, please check the e-mail address registered by the member who made the inquiry.
(e.g., inquire directly by e-mail or phone, or locate it in the member’s membership information).
From the dashboard of the administration page, there is an item titled “Forcibly log out a member.” Enter the above e-mail address in the entry field there and press the “Logout” button.
You can then force the member to log out.

How can I check the status of my promotional application?

You can check the information in two ways from the management screen.

The first is from the list of promotions.
If someone has applied, a download button is displayed and activated.
Clicking on it will download the list of applicants file.
You can open this in Excel or other application to check the list.

The second method is to check the history of the promotion.
As with the first method, you can check the history of a promotion by clicking on the promotion in the list of promotions.
You can also check directly from the history.
In this case, please filter by the name of the promotion you are interested in.
